TERM, 1806 THHOMAS GORDON vs. ASA FERGUSON, MARINER. late of the County Original Attachment: And the Sheriff having returned thereon, that he had levied the same on the "Land lying at Spence's landing and the Houses thereon, also two Mahogany Tables, one Juniper Table, two old Chests, two small Trunks, six Windsor Chairs, One Bed and Furniture, one small Pot, One Dutch Oven, and one Tea Kettle" It is ordered, that three months notice thereof be given to the said ASA FERGUSON (by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette as the Act of General Assembly in such cases directs; that unless he appears at the Court-House in Camden, to be holden on the first Monday in February next, replevies his estate and pleads to the said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
